This flat is in the central part of The Decca, which was originally the area where the Radio Signal Station operations were carried out. Peerie Swaabie has been available since July 2005.

Peerie Swaabie is the Sheltand dialect term for the “Lesser Black-backed Gull”.

There are also Ironing facilites, and a vacuum cleaner.
