- Prices shown are per night per property.
- 20% Deposit is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Prices include electricity.
- Prices include V.A.T.
- There is a 5% discount when staying 8 nights or longer.
- Repeat customers get a 10% loyalty discount.
Please note that you can only claim ONE type of discount.
Book Online
Our on-line booking system is simple to use.
Once you have entered your required dates, you can view all or one of the properties we have, to see what is available.
Select your property and enter your dates and details.
Press 'Proceed' and the system will give you a quotation for your dates. (If the property is booked the system will tell you so).
Unfortunately our booking system will not calculate % discounts etc! These have to be calculated at our office, and will be shown on the invoice we send to you 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For 'Loyalty Discount' then please quote the property and date of arrival of your last booking, and the name of the person who booked the accommodation - in the Comments' section of the booking form.
If you are happy with your quotation then 'Proceed' to continue.
Payment
You then opt to pay by cheque or by credit card using our secure booking system.
To pay by cheque: Please send your 20% deposit (or whole payment if you arrive within 6 weeks of date of booking). We shall hold your booking for 7 days only.
To pay by credit card: Should you choose to pay by credit card then any monies due to be paid at the time of booking are deducted at our office, and not by the internet. (Only the 20% deposit is payable if it is more than 6 weeks till your arrival, or the full amount, if you have booked within 6 weeks of arrival). Sorry we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
Once you accept the Terms and Conditions, then the system automatically blocks your dates.
